Hi! I am looking for one person to sign the lease with me for a 3bed/2bath at West 5th Apartments. I am moving on March 4 with my roommate. Looking for someone in the Master Bedroom! We had recently got approved and excited to move in!

The master has an ensuite bathroom, walk in closet, access to balcony, and is the biggest room.

This apartment is located very close to Downtown San Mateo (nearby restaurants, public transit, central park, coffee shops, etc!). It also has various amenities such as a pool, gym, bbq grill, and others if you’re into that. The apartment has A/C (rare in the peninsula!), a washer/dryer, a balcony, and a dishwasher!

Pets are also allowed, but it comes with an additional $500 deposit and $50/month rent.

Parking is an additional $95/month, but I can guarantee that street parking is safe and not hard to find!

Utilities are separate and is around $100/month

I have lived here for a year before and loved it! I only had to move due to college, so I could not keep my previous apartment and now am looking to come back!

We’re down to hang out with roommates and respect your privacy. We also don’t mind if you are social and like having people over! Women preferred.
