Regan's room

Private room and shared bath in beautiful, historic/Pioneer home! The home is located in the heart of downtown St. George and close to area amenities. The hospital is just under 2 miles away, with grocery store, historic and arts district, restaurants, and theater all within blocks. The home and neighborhood are quiet and friendly.

The room includes queen size bed, dresser, night stand and lamp(s), and desk and chair. You will have full use of kitchen, including all kitchenware, small appliances, etc. Linens and bathware included. Would like to rent to individual that appreciates a clean and quiet environment, and willing to maintain its presence.

No smoking.

This room is in a home and shared with the owners. We are a married couple with 2 small dogs. We work full-time and spend a fair amount of time at home when not working.
