So the Rainforest Calls with Makani(light breezes) that make the trees dance and sing their Mele (song) to us as we take to time to listen once again..We have A large 20 x 16 Rainforest Queen Sanctuary Bedroom on the 2nd floor facing the forest with view up the valley. Nice breezes … opening Dec 27th. We show our home by appointment only during the day 10:30-1pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday, and Friday. Rent: Monthly Rent is $960 for 1 person, includes Wifi, Utilities, Cable, Water.
Weekly chore part of the house rules. Clean as you go when using different parts of the house. If you don’t follow through a housekeeper will be paid to do the upkeep. Treat our home as if it is yours with respect and care.
Deposit $500 holds your reservation Cleaning fee $50 is taken out of your deposit with a move out. We require 3 weeks notice to move.

We are a quiet peaceful house. Strive for balance and tranquility in a healing valley. Roommates all have different schedules so we might not see one another. We are right across the street from the Rainforest. Everyone helps with Household Chores and household shared supplies. If you don’t do your chores and clean as you cook, a housecleaner will be hired and you will be charged. Communication is important.
No drugs… getting drunk…. do it someplace else….no drama or chaos. You will be asked to leave.
