7000 square-foot house in Trout Valley. You would have a pretty large living / bedroom area and your own bathroom. There’s a separate entrance off the rear patio. Your living area is off in a corner of the house and very private. Home is on 2 acres and peaceful. Room could be furnished or not furnished. Up to you.

We are pretty quiet, love to watch movies occasionally have a couple friends over to entertain and very easy-going and pretty normal. We are both very clean and expect the same. Low-key drama free home in a quiet safe area. All of Trout Valley amenities would be available to you, the swimming pool riverfront etc. It’s a pretty sweet set up for the right person. Most all of our friends happen to be straight, we don’t care what you are as long as you are easy-going, pay rent on time and are responsible.
