About the room
Looking for female graduate student (ideally) roommate(s), short or long term in a 4 bedroom house with other female graduate students! Rent will be between $700-$735 depending on how it’s split and when you rent. One month’s rent deposit required.
One bedroom is available immediately for short (through July) or long term rent. 1-2 additional bedrooms will be available for short (through July) or long term rent beginning this summer.
Located close to Villanova University and Bryn Mawr College. Parking is difficult so ideally we’re looking for someone who does not have a car (or who can keep it elsewhere at least through the summer)
Cat friendly (we currently have 1 cat) LGBTQ+ friendly No undergraduate students (due to township rules), smokers, or drugs
About the roomies
Currently 3 female graduate students live here. Two of us are Villanova students who are graduating this year and one is a first year at Bryn Mawr College who plans to stay for at least another year.
