Sophia's room

Hi, I’m have a three bedroom, two bath house. I’m looking to rent my second bedroom (third is used as an office and I keep the dog crate in there.) Room includes a private bathroom, wood floors. Full use of the rest of the house including washer and dryer, internet, kitchen, living room. The property has a big backyard but the fence needs to be fixed. Driveway/street parking (I have two vehicles). Attic and crawlspace available for storage. Close to uptown, Noda, optimist Hall.
