Two story house in private community. Walking distance to CSUSM. Has parking, washer and dryer, and Internet. The room is the only room on bottom floor. Very private.
About the roomies
I am a preschool teacher in my 20’s who is gone most of the day and every other weekend. My boyfriend stays every other weekend, but we are not homebodies so we won’t be there most of the day. The other two roomies are in their late 20’s amd early 30’s. We all keep to ourselves, but are all friendly.(:
