Hartman Street

Hi, my name is Will. I am looking for two roommates to move in to the house I am renting near Kiwanis Park. The house is pretty perfect: 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a nice kitchen, washer and dryer, AC for the summer, a large living room, the common bathroom has a bathtub, and 2 parking spaces in the back and one up front. The house is right next to the park, bike path, and river. There is volleyball almost every night in the summer, a 5 minute walk to downtown, and a 10 minute walk to the University. We have a fenced in front yard with a couple of garden beds (I am growing lots of tomatoes, broccoli, and squash). We also have a nice propane grill out front for burgers and dogs whenever.

We also have a large storage shed out back and plenty of room on the basement shelves.

I have a lot of tools in the mud room, feel free to use them, just make sure to return them.

If you like to run, hike, play basketball/tennis/volleyball or float the river this could be the place for you as all these things are located within a 1 mile radius.

My roommates brought most of the furniture, so upon their departure I will replace most of the items. If you have furniture, you are welcome to bring it.

I currently do not attend the University. In the winter I tune skis part-time and do Snow Removal. I am 23 years old. I started a Lawn and Landscape Company this year in Missoula and I will be very busy. I like to chill out after work, not a fan of having a ton of people over after finishing an exhausting day.

I am sober (you don’t have to be). I enjoy running, sports, working out, adventuring, skiing, and fishing. I also love reading and increasing my knowledge. Looking for other people who have similar interests and a passion for self-improvement.

One downside; we don’t have a dishwasher so you have to wash your own dishes. If you are lazy don’t apply, looking for mature individuals.

I go to bed around 10PM and am up at 5AM. I make coffee and breakfast. It’s not too loud, just putting my schedule out there.

My previous roommates were two girls in their 20s, really nice people, but I’d prefer to have roommates who were older and male.
