3 bed 2 bathroom house on 4.5 acres. This house is in a beautifully wooded area that is 10 min from everything in Christiansburg. I am willing to rent both rooms out to one person for a discount. There is a large deck attached to the back and is accessible from the kitchen and living room. There is also another level of the deck attached to one of the bedrooms. I just purchased the property in January so there is still some cleaning of the grounds to be done but the house itself is great. Two rooms are available, one is 120 sqft and is $600 a month and the other is 160 sqft, has direct access to a separate level of the deck, and is $700 a month.

I am a Bioinformatics PhD student at Virginia Tech and just started this semester. I am a relatively clean person but don’t mind a house that looks lived in. Most of the time I have that isn’t spent on graduate work is spent improving things around the house or watching movies. I also have two very friendly cats who love to meet new people.
