Paola's room

We have two spare bedrooms for rent. Both are the same size. They both have their own closet. We are looking to rent each room for $800. If you know of someone else who is looking to rent. Please let us know. We can make a deal . The restroom is going to be shared. We have our own restroom. In the rare occasion we do use or our guest use. We will clean after ourselves. There is a laundromat on site. It will be street parking but in our area there is no problem finding parking.

The only people living here are my fiancé and I. He works and goes to school on weekdays. My schedule does change but I always keep to myself. We are very family oriented We never have parties or play loud music. We respect people’s sleep! We always pick up after ourselves.
