Gable Ridge Terrace

We live 5 minutes away from Crown and The Rio. The apartment complex has a pool, fitness center, and tennis courts. We have laundry in the unit. The room is small but fits a full or queen size bed. The living room and kitchen are common areas that we all share.

One of our roommates has moved out, so we are looking for someone to take over the remaining portion of their lease and then sign on with us for another year. The lease ends August 31st 2023, and we want to sign again until August 31st 2024. In order to be our roommate you would need to pass a background check with the leasing office, and sign the new lease. The room is available now.

There are two people living here currently. We are looking for a third roommate. We are both relatively quiet people and keep mostly to ourselves. We would love someone who is friendly but independent. We also have a cat. We both have full time jobs during and work M-F. We go to sleep early and prefer the common areas to be quiet after 10 pm on the weekdays.
