House is 3 bedroom 2 bath. You’ll have access to 2 bedrooms (could use one as an office) and your own bathroom. Driveway or garage parking available. Must be okay with smaller older dog. Pets negotiable depending on breed and ability to get along with mine. Guests are welcome but please be respectful of work schedule and not constant. All utilities plus high speed internet included.

I’m a professional with security clearance. I work four 10 hour days and am going to school so stay pretty busy. I am pretty chill, quiet, clean, honest, respectful and a non-drinker. I do smoke but only outside. Rarely have company over and not a partier.
