Two bedroom 1bath apartment on the second floor of a small apartment building in St. John’s Portland. Lots of storage and room for things. Full kitchen with dishwasher. On site laundry room and we have a storage unit (even more storage!). On and off street parking. And a balcony deck outside of your potential room.

Im a 28 year old art teacher. Just graduated with my masters in December. I have my dog who is 9 and pretty mellow and apartment trained. I’m pretty quiet and clean and prefer a space I can just come home from teaching all day and unwind so I usually veg out in the evenings in my room. Looking for someone who wants a chill place to live. Not really the type to have people over all that often but it’s ok if you want to every now and then! I’m used to living with both male and female roommates. I’ve live with about an equal amount of both and I grew up with 3 sisters. The apartment is within walking distance of almost anything you could need and only 1 mile from UofP.
