T Street

Hello! My roomate and I are looking to fill a room with shared bath in our 3 bed 2.5 bath apartment located in midtown! Two story apartment with bedrooms upstairs and living/dining/half bath/ laundry downstairs. We are currently on month to month but both are committed to staying through June. Ample street parking which helps with guests. Minutes walk from the co-op. Photos are when we moved in but the living room is fully furnished with dining table, couch, TV, and I’ll post new pictures soon.

I’m a 26 y/o engineer and work from home 2-3 days a week. My friend is a 27 y/o analyst for the state and works from home full time. I like to snowboard, hike and go to the CrossFit gym 1 block away. My friend has a dog, likes video games and hanging out with friends
