The apartment is located at Element Deer Valley Apartments. Located in North Phoenix close to 17 Hwy and 101 interchange. The apartment is on the second floor. There are no tenants underneath (parking), and the apartment doesn’t share walls with other apartments. It is a free-standing unit. The room is approximately 9.5’ by 13’. Lease terms are available until the end of December 2023.

$1250 monthly rent can be broken down into weekly payments if that is easier. Monthly fees include ALL of the following amenities:

I’m a swim instructor, podcaster, and Shamanic Life Coach. I live very minimalistically. Currently, there are no furnishings in the Living room. You can provide some or I can move some in from my storage unit if you would like. I would prefer if you have a television that you hook it up in your room. Tenants are the only ones allowed in the unit to prevent unnecessary drama and excessive noise. I have the lease on this unit until the end of December 2023. If you would like to stay after that you would need to qualify with Element Deer Valley, as I will not be staying longer than that.

I would also consider leasing the smaller bedroom out at $1050 per month. It would be unfurnished, with a smaller closet space. The approximate size is 9.5’x9.5’. The monthly fee would also include an enclosed garage space with a remote garage door opener.
