Clairemont Mesa Boulevard

Hey everyone! My roommate is getting out of the navy and going home so I’m looking to fill his spot. I have a private bedroom with shared bathroom for $1000 + utilities (negotiable) in tierrasanta. We prefer military affiliated but not required. The room is 12x12 and has its own closet, a queen sized bed and desk. Can comfortably fit another dresser. We live in a 4 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse. 3 bedrooms will be upstairs and we have a guest room downstairs. Tierrasanta is a beautiful area and is centrally located to all naval bases and colleges.

The townhouse also has in unit washer and dryer, all updated appliances and A/C. We have two designated parking spots and guest parking.

It’s my husband and I in the master bedroom. Our friend is also active duty navy and she stays in the second bedroom. My husband is in the navy and is in his mid twenties. I just work full time and am also in my mid twenties. We have two dogs named Oliver and RIP. We like to go hiking and shoot at the range in our spare time. I play softball on weekends and my husband likes to go camping as well. We are also big cookers and like to cook for our roommates. Looking for the right fit who is cool with dogs!
