About the room
The apartment is fully furnished and in a peaceful and quiet location, we have a spiral staircase that leads to our private rooftop space. There rooftop is surrounded by beautiful trees and ivy, we have a grill, table and chairs, hammock, and lights. Inside we have AC, a mounted 65“ TV and a few comfy couches. We have a stocked kitchen with dishwasher and lots of cabinet/pantry space. We have a washer/dryer in the building and a bike rack outside.
The Room: Large window that brings in tons of sunlight and fresh air with an unobstructed view of LIC and the Queensboro bridge, which lights up and looks great at night. Dresser in the pictures can be left if you want it. The closet is part of the room
About the roomies
2 Males (Lawyer and Yoga instructor), mid 30s, one will be working from home half the week.
