Looking for 1 roommate right now to split the house and eventually will get another after finishing the second bedroom. One bedroom is my office. Another is my bedroom. The other is under construction. Yours is finished. I work from home as a software engineer and keep to myself.

I am looking for a roommate who is chill, responsible, clean, and a good person who can be trusted. I’m at home a lot, but you rarely ever see me.

I am okay with my roommate having guests over, just don’t want it to be a daily occurrence or have people over for more than a night. These same standards apply to me as well where I won’t be having people over every day. Ofc I’m reasonable so it’s not like I’m gonna say anything unless your guests are disrespectful. It is very rare I have people over, to begin with, I usually meet my friends elsewhere since I work from home to get out of the house.

I get along with everyone and am very easy to get along with. I am obsessed with fitness and health. I like coding, hiking, climbing, business, and learning, and find interest in a lot of topics. I’m not nosy and will never bother you. I’m a very clean person and keep my house clean.

The room is ready to move into right away and I am flexible with move-in dates. Depending on your situation I have furniture available in the room right now but can remove stuff if you want. I can provide a mattress if you need it among other furniture which we can discuss prior to moving in. It’ll be a flat $850 every month which includes all bills. The process will go as followed if everything goes smoothly, the quickest it can take is about a week to start moving in. Phone call -> house tour & in-person meeting -> paperwork/payment set up -> move-in.
