🔹🔹Apartment – We’re in a 2-story 6-bedroom apartment 🔹🔹Rooms – There are 5 private rooms ($1050-1250/mo) and 1 shared room with 3 beds ($700-900/mo) 🔹🔹Security – There are many locks: 1 for the building, 1 for the apartment, and 1 for each room 🔹🔹Furnished – rooms, common areas, and kitchen 🔹🔹Utilities, Gigabit Wifi, Living Essentials – $75/mo (essentials = paper towels, dish soap, etc.) 🔹🔹Amenities – rooftop patio, co-working area, desks in private rooms, [your idea here] 🔹🔹Neighborhood – centrally located North Loop has tons of great walkable/bikeable destinations

🔹🔹Why we’re here – we’re here to build a sense of community (i.e. weekly house dinners) and to help each other on our entrepreneurial journeys as we share notes day-to-day 🔹🔹Community type – we are a mix between a co-op and coliving. We are democratically run and self-governed like a co-op, and we have conveniences like flexible leases from coliving. 🔹🔹Who we are – we’re from different states and countries, at different levels of business experience, and in different fields, all bringing different perspectives to the table. Inevitably, we help each other level up as people. This environment inspires healthier habits, accountability, and improved mindsets. 🔹🔹Length of stay – we are looking for those looking to spend many months, as it takes time to build a sense of community. That being said, we offer a 1-month trial membership so both sides can get a feel.
