Faulkner Street

The apartment is located just a a few minutes from RDU, and 20 minutes to downtown Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill, making it a short drive to pretty much anywhere. Room is on the third floor, with a huge walk-in closet, and its own connected bathroom. The room I currently occupy has a slightly different closet, and a walk-in shower. Both sides are roughly the same square footage. Amenities include a nice gym, pool, dog park, playground, car wash, business and student spaces, meeting spaces, propane grills, ovens, and recreational areas, community events and tons of parking. The complex is smoke-free, but there are places you can go nearby if you really want/need to.

While I was living here I paid about 70 to 100 each month for power, and 100 for Google Fibers 2g plan, and both were great.

I am in the process of moving out, so it’s probably a good idea to have a roomate in mind. I highly recommend the complex, for all of the reasons above. It’s a little pricey, but I’ve really not had a better experience renting.
