Hi, folks! My current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend, so I’m looking for a female roommate to take her place on our month-to-month lease. Aiming for a 4/1 move in, can possibly do a little earlier.

Details:

• Unfurnished private master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, walk in closet & private balcony.
• Rent is $1375/month before utilities (average ~$80/month); one time move in deposit of $1150
• Location: Valley Village — close to the 170 & 101; easy access to Hollywood & Burbank
• Amenities: Shared tandem parking space in underground garage, in unit w/d, central ac + heat, plenty of natural light. Common areas will be mostly furnished — my roommate is taking the couches, so lmk if you have one or are willing to chip in to buy something new!

What I’m looking for in a roommate: Mid-20s to early 30s woman who is clean, communicative & considerate. Non-smoker, vaxxed & covid-conscious. Ideally work outside the home, but wfh isn’t a dealbreaker! This is a month-to-month lease but I’m hoping for someone who is looking for a place to stay long term.

27F, full time music industry professional, 90% wfh. I’m an introvert & generally keep to myself but like to have a roommate I can be friends/friendly with. Most of my interests revolve around music (shocker!), art, comedy & cooking. I love to bond over movies, memes, soup & baked goods. Vaxxed, non-smoker & I like to keep common areas clean.
