Studio comes equipped with all new appliances, kitchen countertops and cabinets. Property is located in a great location. Located at about 5 miles from Phoenix Sky harbor International Airport; Target, Costco, Fry’s are all within a mile range. Easy access to major highways. Property also includes pool, Fitness Center and a laundry room. Utilities and wifi are not included so we would have to split that evenly.

You’ll be sharing the studio with me, I’m very respectful, easy to get along with, clean and organized. I don’t have much furniture with me so there’s plenty enough space for one more person. Bathroom will be shared as well. I’m a Flight Attendant so I’m not always home. Also looking currently for a part time job so I won’t be home much except for when I need to rest.
