The Apartment complex: Very quiet and a close knit community. I’ve lived here for over 4 years and have had zero issues with any theft, noise or maintenance needs when they arise. The Residents here are great, the staff here like keeping the property nice and clean. There is a parking lot with plenty of vehicle space as well as a fitness center & community room. All Smoking is Banned on the Property Only pets allowed are Cats & service Dogs

The Area: Complex is located right off of 694 (easy freeway access) and very close to the Maplewood mall for shopping access. Only a few blocks away from Century college if you’re a student.

The Apartment: 3rd floor 985 Sq. Feet, with shared Kitchen, living room, balcony & bathroom. Bedroom is private. Plenty of storage space. Washer & Dryer in Unit The $750 rent includes all utilities & internet. The Bed room that’s available is non-Furnished but the rest of the apartment is Furnished with space for more furniture.

I’m very laid back, I have average cleanliness when it comes to my personal room but do clean the shared living space often & would expect the same with a roommate. I have little to no party habits, maybe some late night gaming here & there but I try to stay quiet. I will listen to music from time to time (not too loud). I enjoy Video games, Board games, Watching some movies & TV in action/sci-fi/fantasy genres. For the most part I’m quite easy to get along with.
