27 year old woman, works full time with an 80lb lab mix and 15lb jack Russell mix. I have friends over on occasion and don’t mind if you do the same. I’m pretty laid back and don’t mind a little bit of noise. I have a good amount of furniture but you can bring yours too. I would prefer someone who goes to school or works full time.
