It’s located in Mt. Baker area, 15m drive to Seattle, 10m to Cap hill, and 13m to Bellevue (highways baby!). This spacious modern townhouse features super high ceilings (11ft) and modern amenities, and your top floor private master bedroom is the perfect retreat.

You’ll have access to a master bath, a huge walk-in closet, and a south-facing patio in your private living area at 500sqft. Your private space is lightly furnished, and you’ll have a like-new mattress at move-in if you prefer. You will gain access to a shared living room, kitchen, and other common areas. The place is quiet, off-street, and perfect for hosting guests or engaging in creative projects! If you enjoy cooking, you’ll love the fully equipped kitchen that features best-in-line appliances. I am happy to share!

Some extra amenities worth mentioning: gym mirrors on the wall for dancing/home exercise, complete karaoke set, coffee machine, heat/AC, free street parking.

As your only roommate, I’m looking for someone who is responsible, clean, and friendly. Since I am the homeowner, the biggest perk for you is that you have total freedom of this place (lighting, decors, etc) as long as we have an agreement 🙂

I am a software engineer in one of the big tech companies in Seattle. I love coding, tech talks, content creation, writing, and fitness. In my spare time I dabble with dance, snowboard, and hit the local bars and meetups to meet new peops. I’m a morning person, generally care-free and chill, and love to gather friends over on Fridays occasionally. I hit the nearby Seattle Bouldering Project or jog in the morning, so if you’re into fitness we could partner up. The neighborhood in the east is quiet and stretches out to waterfront nicely.
