Available for month-to-month or short-term lease – best for traveling professional, transitional housing, or someone with minimal private space needs.

This fully-insulated office (approx. 8x11x9) is attached to the garage of my single family home. It has a separate entrance, sink, mini fridge, microwave, TV, & AC/heating unit. You’re welcome to enjoy the main house and yard with the rest of us, while having additional privacy in your smaller space. It is the quietest and most temperature-moderate room in the house – a tiny oasis.

The room is partially furnished with space-saving shelves, two floating desks, and a full-size folding foam bed. I can also make space in the garage for a small amount of overflow storage you may have.

The main house is 4 bed / 2 bath with a pool, large back yard (1/3 acre), and mature fruit trees. It’s on a safe and quiet street. Street parking is available.

Utilities included are: WiFi (incl Hulu & Netflix), pool service, water, sewage, garbage, gas, and electricity.

Sorry, I am not considering pets at this time.

I am a professor at Stan State, mid-40s, female. I live in the home less than 50% of the time; I occupy the master bedroom when I’m here. You’d share the master bath with me.

A retired woman in her 70s occupies two of the remaining bedrooms.

We are both quiet and friendly and mostly keep to ourselves; we are looking for the same. No smoking, parties, overnight guests, or loud music.
