Anderson and Burnet Rd neighborhood and in a quiet but vibrant with plenty of parks, restaurants, a movie theater, bars and bus station within a few minutes walk. Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay. The bus station to T/downtown right at corner; 3 minutes walking distance. No water, trash or gas bill only electricity bill ($30-50 per month each, and WiFi internet bill ($25-30).

I am a nurse and currently working for State. I work Monday- Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm. I work out everyday at nearby LA fitness (10 minutes away by walking). I am very Clean and keep everything tidy and organized. I am dancer and like Austin concerts. Usually going out dancing 3 times per week and hanging out with friends for music events during weekend. Home for me is for resting.
