Large room in private house over garage (FROG) with own bathroom. I have an adjustable queen size bed, armoire and chest of drawers if needed. Room is carpeted. House is in a quiet neighborhood near Monkey Junction. There’s a nice size backyard and parking for 1 car. Well equipped kitchen you’re welcome to use as long as it’s kept clean after. I’m a divorced 57yo active woman. I was caring for my 90yo dad with Alzheimer’s who recently passed away. I have 2 medium size people friendly dogs. Unfortunately my dogs do not like other animals so I cannot consider anyone with animals The 2 dogs and myself are the only ones in my house. I work 4 days a week as a cook and leave at 5:30am and come home 2:30-3pm I’m very organized and neat and I expect my roomie to be as well. I’m very easy going. Background check required please
