No smoking or vaping, no drugs and no heavy drinkers. Would be asked to keep the areas tidy and clean up in kitchen after yourself.

Anywhere in Cheyenne takes you 10-15 mins. Close to almost any store you’d desire. Located off Nationway in a quiet neighborhood.

Shared kitchen upstairs and utility room. The utility room downstairs has a full size fridge for your use, a microwave, and a coat closet. A new queen sized mattress, all linens provided (bath and bed), and basic toiletries like toilet paper and paper towels available. With shared laundry, I would do laundry while you’re away to ensure you have direct access during your time at home.

$400 per week or $1000 per month, all utilities included.

I’m a professional female who works in marketing from home, as a scientist for a biotech company. My normal working hours are 8-4. I love to travel, go hiking, eat good food and hang out with my pets (one 12yo dog and a new kitten). Pets will be upstairs with me and do not have access to your space.

I’m easy to get along with, a great roommate (all my past roomies are now friends!) and overall a quiet individual. I WFH, so no TV or radio on during the day that would bother you if you work nights and are sleeping. I’m a new homeowner and my evenings are often spent doing small projects around the house or vegging on the couch watching TV.
