Hello 👋🏼
This house is one year old, everything is brand new, located in a safe area in Vacaville. The room comes with a private shower/bathroom and a walking closet. Of course the kitchen will be shared but I prefer to keep the living room for myself to watch TV. I have an extra TV for this room.
I have a 2 year old mini goldendoodle puppy. He’s nice, just barks sometimes, FYI.
I’m only interested in having a female roommate who is employed and start with a 6 months commitment then if all goes well we can extend the stay/rent.
