North Oak Street

Hello! I’m looking to rent the third floor bedroom in my house. It’s a cute finished attic space that you can make your own. All utilities are included and there’s no pressure of a contract or lease. The room is not furnished so you can make it your own. I don’t use the kitchen very often and I keep the place nice and clean. The house is nestled in the West ward of Easton, very close to downtown shopping, transportation, parks, and restaurants. The city hosts many events and festivals throughout the year. It’s a wonderful place for young professionals seeking something affordable. Save money, invest in your future, and make some friends along the way!

I’m a single, quiet, working professional working second shift and I have a very sociable and sweet 3 year old male dog named Bowie. He’s a Bernese mountain dog and is potty trained, clean, neutered, and up to date on all his vaccines. He will not chew or destroy anything. He protects the house and brings joy to all :) The backyard is fenced in for him. I scoop the poop each week to keep the area clean and am currently working on putting a seating area with a fire pit for us and our guests as well. Since I do love animals, I am open to you bringing yours. However, I’m used to the well behaved types and will not tolerate aggression, excessive barking, soiling of the carpets or furniture, etc. My perfect roommate is a female who matches my energy, though I do not discriminate and am open to anyone who matches my energy. I don’t smoke but generally get along with people that do so feel free to do as you please. And I’m not talking about cigarettes!!! I would say im pretty free spirited overall. Maybe even a little artsy. You can catch me putting on a record, lighting some incense, watering the plants, wrestling with Bowie, or stretching on my yoga mat :)
