Diane's room

This room will come furnished with a twin daybed and a dresser. This room has two windows and gets the sunrise. Back window looks over the porch roof and a wall of trees during the green months. Laundry in the basement and can store things in the basement. Very short walk to downtown Somersworth and Berwick Maine.

I am a medical assistant and work down in Hampton Monday thru Friday. The other renter is in the restaurant field and works days. We are looking for someone quiet and helpful as we do all take shared responsibilities with common spaces. The living room can be shared space. There is one aging Jack Russell Terrier in the house. He gets along with everyone. A dog is welcome as long as it’s behaved and I won’t find it chewing on my things. It MUST get along with other dogs.
