It is located 3 minutes from lake Toho where you can go boating, kayaking, fishing and it has airboat rides with a restaurant/bar on the lake. Public transport is accessible as well as grocery shopping (Walmart, Publix, Aldi,) clothes shopping, salons, pharmacies, doctors offices all within 2 minutes distance. This community is located in the sweet spot of never having to drive far for anything!
