Hi I’m Daniel a 23 yr old male working full time, very laid back looking to fill my 1 unfurnished room with own private bathroom available in 4 bedroom house. 1600+ square foot home $650 all bills paid $650 refundable deposit. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished by me and everything available you are more than welcome to use as if it’s yours. Nice neighborhood, high-speed internet, brand new washer/dryer and full kitchen. It is a month to month lease with no long term commitments required. You will be sharing the home with 2 others! You will have your own personal pin code to get into your room 2-6 digits that only you will have, The house is 6 minutes away from Nichols Hills, OK & 10 minutes from the Walmart super center at 1801 Belle Isle Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73118.Parking will be driveway or street parking up to you !

About me: My top 3 hobbies are fishing, movies & hiking, I’m looking to share the home with someone who is outgoing and pleasant to be around, and enjoys life in Oklahoma.

Here are a couple of frequently asked questions Are tenants permitted to bring their pets? At this time, we don’t permit tenants to bring pets into the lease agreement. Do you allow Drinking? I personally don’t drink, but you’re welcome to if that’s a thing for you. Do you rent rooms to women? I appreciate the interest, and usually wont consider renting to women due to the nature of our close living proximity I have a girlfriend, can she stay the night? 1 person stay overs are allowed.
