This is a special house in a historic Vegas neighborhood. Walking distance from the Strat, Arts District and Downtown.

It’s a very big home. 3 others live here. One female and one couple. Ages 27-47.

We are renting out the master bedroom. It has a walk-in closet, a private bathroom and French doors that open up to the pool area.

Rent is $1,000 per month. Plus monthly bills. You must go through an official credit check (this costs $100) if approved then you would be added to the lease. Which requires 1st and last month’s rent plus the security deposit, key and cleaning fees.

We are looking for a female that is health conscious and leans on the vegetarian side of eating.

No pets or kids. Sorry.

The house is fully furnished yet the bedroom is unfurnished.

We are a collective of artists and community builders. Fun-loving professionals with worldly outlooks and small-town congeniality. We are skilled in our crafts and refined in our tastes in music, literature, and art. We fancy ourselves as socialites and philosophers (lots of good convo’s happening here :-) Yet most of the time, we are pretty quiet and peaceful. Communication, and empathy are essential. We are not big drinkers but more health-conscious and advocates of quality life experiences. We address needs and issues quickly regarding our houseshare with compassion. Curiosity, love, expression, and presence are at the fore of our values. Personal items and groceries are respected but we often share when there’s an abundance.
