This is a great and safe neighborhood! Rent is month-to-month and includes utilities. Parking is available throughout neighborhood. Single occupancy only.

I am the home owner and you will be sharing living space with my 2 sons (23 and 20 years), my boyfriend and I, and our playfull dog, Dakota. I am a professional woman and work full-time. My sons also work and are college students. We are a good family and easy to get along with.
