Hello! I have a 3 bedroom in a luxury apartment complex. Indoor washer/dryer, central heating and ac, big TV, smart lighting, ect. Complex has 2 pools, hot tubs, tennis court, gym, sauna, ect. The apartment is fully furnished but the room is unfurnished. I do have a spare tv if you want it. Rent plus internet and all utilities typically comes out to around $1000 a month, some months are a bit higher and some a bit lower. Utilities are split 3 ways, and Rent is split around 3 ways but I pay a bit more because I stay in the master bedroom. Looking for someone who doesn’t party, preferably doesn’t drink, or at least only does so occasionally. The whole complex is no smoking. I like to keep things pretty clean but don’t have an issue picking up some of the slack if you’re having a busy week, as long as it’s not consistent. Living together is a group effort and takes everyone pitching in to keep things smoothly.

Will not be a sublease, I’m currently on a month to month lease with the complex and you’ll be signing a month to month lease with the complex so you will have the legal protection of being on the lease, as well as building rental history which is key if you’re trying to get your own place eventually! I don’t want it to be some stranger renting a space from me, it’s important to feel at home where ya live you know? My place is yours as long as we show mutual respect everything will be fine

There’s me, Zach, I’m 26 and I groom dogs for a living. I rock climb, play board games and video games and like to read books. I’m in a committed relationship. I’m pretty laid back and clean but not OCD. I’ve lived with roommates for a while and I know sometimes life gets crazy so I’m never gonna trip if a dish gets left in the sink. If it bothers me I’ll just wash it, and I’ll only bring it up if I feel like it’s a consistent issue. I have a lil cat named lyra and she’s a bit skittish but a sweet kitty.

Other roommate is Brady, he’s a personal trainer and massage therapist. He has a kitty and an Australian cattle dog. His pup is a lil nervous but very sweet and loves fetch.
