Your Room: The room available is the master bedroom with it’s own full bathroom (with tub) with lots of storage/counter space. It is partially furnished (bed, desk and dresser available) with a huge walk-in closet. It is on the opposite side of the apartment from the other bedroom, so it feels like it’s own apartment. The light in this room is great and feels very spacious.

I’m a woman in my early 30’s, living alone, graduate school student, and a teacher. I work during the days and am usually gone on the weekends (to Roseville or somewhere farther). I do have 2 cats (Oscar and Brody), so you would have to be cool with them because the entire apartment is their house - so they believe. I do not smoke and I never have people over - I’m a pretty quiet roommate. I’m big on keeping things clean in the kitchen and respecting everyone’s time and space. I’m looking for someone who is in school, commuting, and/or a working professional. Not looking for anyone with kids or live-in boyfriends/girlfriends.
