Bedroom upstairs available. There is community basement we can discuss what to use for. Full bath is yours exclusively. Includes full access to entire shared space as well as beach access. Look over the Chesapeake Bay while drinking morning coffee. Use of Espresso or Keurig as well as filtered water cooler/heater included. Washer/Dryer. $1,000 month, $1,000 refundable deposit. Split electric and water. Lease is month to month, 30 day notice to vacate.

I’m a 51 yo professional working as Director of Information Systems. I work mainly from home in a loft away from the other parts of the townhouse. My 12yo daughter is with me 1/2 time. We have dogs but hesitant to add more animals. I enjoy being outside and laughing. I’m clean and quiet.
