I have just moved into a new apartment and am looking for a clean, tidy roommate for IMMEDIATE move in!! Must be looking and available to move in same day as it’s the beginning of the month and I will not be prorating the rent!

Unfurnished Room with large clooisdeet and a private Bath for rent in a gated community. The outdoor patio storage room is available as well- for immediate move in!!!!

Rent is $975. Utilities are NOT INCLUDED.

Utilities are about 150 a month, so please know and understand that rent would be 975 + $150 for utilities each month ‼️

UTILITIES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENT.

I’m open to discussion if you have additional furniture you’d like to bring for the common areas. Shared access to all of the common areas (kitchen, living room, IN UNIT laundry, Balcony/porch) with one (1) other person only.

There is a cat in the home, so must be cat friendly. If you have pet(s) I would need to meet and approve them first, and the complex charges a $25 pet fee per month. So this amount would be added on to your rent every month as well.

Located in the Dunwoody area, close to two (2) beautiful parks, a skate park and a Zipline amusement park close by! Walmart, Kroger shopping plaza and restaurants 5 minutes drive away. Publix shopping plaza and Perimeter Mall are bout 12 minutes away.

One (1) other person, myself will live in the home. I am L g b t q I a . Very respectful of other’s property and space, and I require the same from a roommate. I have a cat, so only other animals that get along with cats!!

I like listening to music, or watching YouTube/Netflix when I am at home. Action, Comedy and Suspense are my favs to watch. I do occasionally cook. I like to play video games or read sometimes as well. Self care is life! Lol. I hope to find someone super chill and easy to get along with. If we can become friends, that would be nice but it is not required. Just pay rent on time and keep it clean😊
