Hi, I am looking for a housemate to join me on a lease for March 1st or April 1st. I have two good options to go for and both are in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The price would be 2250$ for each person. The apartment is right next to McCarren park and has laundry in the unit and beds on opposite sides of the apartment.

I am originally from Lisbon, Portugal and have been living in NYC for 3years. I live and work in Greenpoint at the moment and looking to stick around this area. Right now, I work with immersive art, media and projections. I am pretty chill and clean, join me if you also want a W/D in unit!
