Laurie's room

Looking to rent bedroom in nice single level home. There are two living rooms, one with a wood burning fire place and the other a TV area. Nice kitchen and cute dining area. Working on getting some outdoor furniture for under covered patio area and a little fire pit. There are two bathrooms, but only one shower/tub that will be shared. Shared access to brand new washer/dryer combo. Driveway or street parking available. There is a really lovely front yard and fenced in backyard with raised garden beds and a chicken coop (no chickens yet, but maybe one day). Just moving in so nothing much in the backyard yet, but the place has potential for sweet backyard hangs and can’t wait to work on my gardening skills. I’m happy to furnish room if that is preferred.

Located near the hospital. Gets beautiful sunrises and sunsets, with a nice view of Saddle Rock.

I am a young, active woman, who lives in a single level 3 bedroom house with my sweet dog. Starting in April, I’ll be working Monday through Thursdays and will hopefully be off using my camper on three day weekends. Fun, responsible, and clean. Prefer those that are also tidy and mellow. My dog loves having other dogs around, especially to play with her in the big fenced in backyard. There is a doggy door for those with a four legged pal.
