James's room

The house is located in Arcadia Hill Subdivision. It’s a 4 bed/2 bath spacious house with large living room and dining room. The kitchen is already stocked with appliances and kitchen utensils to share. There is one bedroom and one bathroom downstairs that I use. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs - one for rent, one for guests, and one for my work study. The upstairs bathroom is shared but realistically the renter will use it most often. The house is situated in a great location. It’s on the east side of downtown and only takes a 3 minute drive to main street downtown. The swamp rabbit trail cut across in front of the house so biking and going on walks is great. It is also very close to Cleveland Park (zoo), I385, St Francis Hospital, and much more. The bathroom and bedroom will be done renovating March 1 for move in.

I am a civil engineer in a professional industry. I work during the week and keep myself active whether it’s the gym or other projects around the house. I like to stay active with sports, hiking, and camping. I love a good beer after work for happy on occasion. I am a very cleanly person so I like to keep my place neat. That is a big thing so no slobs please, I don’t have time or the energy for it. I’m very open to anyone interested in living here whether a male, female, or couples. All age, ethnicity, profession, etc are welcome!
