Centrally located off US1. Close to downtown. 3 bedroom house with two current people living there. 3rd room is for rent. Room does not have a closet but comes furnished with a bed if needed. 1st and last upon move in. Rent includes all utilities. Must have proof of income. Drama free house.

Must be okay with dogs.

I am a 26yo female. I work for the fire dept. very laid back and drama free. All I ask is you keep the house clean. Adam is 28 and works in finance. He moved in about a year ago now. We’re like a little family. We get along well. I do have two dogs. 1 is 9 and he’s just a certified good boy. The other is 7 months and she is the worlds biggest cuddler.
