East Brill Street

Moved into this house a few months ago and really looking for the right match. It’s a 3 bed house and we would each have a private room and another to share for workout/mediation/ office space. There’s also an insulated garage for projects like pottery or woodworking. I grow culinary mushrooms and do a ton of pickling.

I have a pooch and work afternoons into evenings and would love to find someone that works during the day and would be nice to her during the evenings.

I’ll take care of internet gas and the city bill. We’ll split electric evenly.

Also, I’m a gay dude; be ok with that.

I teach architecture online and run 2 bars downtown. From nyc and really looking forward to having a house and raising some chickens and doing some veg growing.
