I have a fully furnished bedroom for rent with it’s own bathroom and walk in closet.
The home is a 3 bdrm. 2.5 bath condo in a quiet neighborhood in Beaverton, near 170th Ave between Baseline and TV Hwy. Centrally located near Intel, Nike, and the Max station.
Looking for a single person. Currently, there are two other singles (52yr & 28yr males) living in the home. All roommates are quiet, clean, respectful, non smokers. Rent is $900/mo. plus 1/3 utilities (about $100).
The room has a comfy queen size bed, dresser, nightstand, desk, 32“ HD smart tv/w 120 channels, and high speed internet. You will need to share the shower with one roommate because he only has a 1/2 bathroom. Not a big deal though because he takes a shower at the gym the majority of the time. Also, the room has blackout blinds and is very quiet for someone working nights.
Includes, full privileges to washer/dryer, kitchen, dining/living rooms, and outdoor picnic area. Parking available in the driveway and/or garage. You will have your own shelves in the pantry and refrigerator space and a garage door opener.
