New house just built in July 2022. Very clean home that is fully furnished outside of the available bedroom. The community has a private pool, trails, and more. My home has a brand new Peloton+ and pretty decent garage gym for those who like to keep fit. The kitchen is our gathering spot as I cook a lot! I am looking a chill roommate who is responsible, drama-free, and courteous.
