About the room
The house has everything you need, as well as a big backyard and parking. Central heat and air, and laundry. The house is located right on the border of La Vergne and Smyrna. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood, but right off of Murfreesboro Pike. Utilities/Internet are not included in the rent. They will be split evenly between roommates(including myself). If you’re looking for a room, and you’re a mature and responsible person, we will make great roommates!
About the roomies
So far, it’s just me, and I hope to have two good roommates. I am 30, I’m a carpenter, and laid back and easy to get along with. I like doing stuff in the great outdoors, and music.
