Rocklin Road

Looking for a roommate within the next week. It’s across the street from Sierra college at the Rocklin Manor Apartments. Washer and dryer in unit, and comes with your own bathroom. Unit is a one year lease and has balcony as well. Apartment complex has a ton of amenities like a pool, workout room, and grills, as well as an amazing staff.

I work most of the day and leave the state every few weeks. I’m into fitness, snowboarding, and running. I’m not hard to get along with, but it’s easier if we have similar values. I have a cat that is friendly, but will need some warming up too. Looking for someone who is reliable, easy to work with, and cleans up after themselves. I won’t bug you and tend to stay in my room when I’m home.
