I’m renting 1 bedroom in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment in the pocket area, 10 minutes from down down sac WiFi & All utilities are included with the exception of smud, there’s two sinks in the bathroom that are divided so you get your own bathroom area Please reach out if you have any questions!! It’s just me and my dog living in the apartment,5 y/o terrier mix who is super sweet and a little shy, he’s always in my room (: I am open to one more pet but it must be approved by our leasing office.
